New Forest - Forest Experience

The Forest Experience is a two hour walk out in the New Forest - a mindful session exploring history and sensations, allowing you the time to relax, learn and absorb all that you see.

The Forest Experience includes:

  • Discovering the wildlife of the New Forest
  • Mindfulness and meditation
  • An exploration of the senses
  • Learning a little about the unique flora and fauna of the Forest
  • Touching on the the history and governance of the Forest

This activity will help to:

  • Relax and restore energy levels
  • Stimulate senses so that experiences are enjoyed with heightened awareness
  • Encourage conservation of this unique landscape
  • Improve understanding of our natural surroundings and how we interact with it.
