The Forest Experience is a two hour walk out in the New Forest - a mindful session exploring history and sensations, allowing you the time to relax, learn and absorb all that you see.
The Forest Experience includes:
- Discovering the wildlife of the New Forest
- Mindfulness and meditation
- An exploration of the senses
- Learning a little about the unique flora and fauna of the Forest
- Touching on the the history and governance of the Forest
This activity will help to:
- Relax and restore energy levels
- Stimulate senses so that experiences are enjoyed with heightened awareness
- Encourage conservation of this unique landscape
- Improve understanding of our natural surroundings and how we interact with it.
